For my second order I got a t shirt and a hat and I think both are great but the reason I am writing is because of my first order.
I was looking for a dark grey long sleeve button up shirt to wear to my Boss’s Memorial Service. I looked in the local stores and found nothing I liked. I started searching the internet and found a perfect one at Kimes Ranch. This was Sunday and the service was to be Friday. I ordered the shirt and saw that it would come in on Thursday, not enough time to clean, starch and press it before Friday. I called Customer Service Monday morning and explained my situation and asked how I could pay for express delivery as it was important to me. I wish I could remember the Lady’s name but she said do not worry she is making a command decision and upgraded my shipping for free so I received the shirt on Wednesday and was able to have it ready for the Service on Friday. I told her this is old fashioned customer service and to show my appreciation I would be ordering again. Well this was number two and I’m already looking again. Customer for life!
