Kimes Ranch, also known as LJC Apparel LLC, and its affiliated brands and entities, including Kimes Ranch Jeans (collectively, “Kimes Ranch,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit, use, or interact with KimesRanch.com, our online store, customer accounts, order tracking, returns portal, store locator, marketing communications, retail locations, events, promotions, social media pages, and any other website, application, or service that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy is intended to serve as a U.S. nationwide privacy notice, including disclosures required under applicable state consumer privacy laws. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Payment information is processed by our payment processors, ecommerce platform providers, and related service providers.

B. Shopify and ecommerce-related providers. Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify and related Shopify services may process personal information to provide ecommerce, checkout, payment, account, analytics, fraud-prevention, privacy, and operational functionality. Shopify may also provide customer privacy tools, pixels, and checkout-related services.
C. Payment processors, financial institutions, and fraud-prevention providers. We disclose transaction and payment-related information as needed to process payments, prevent fraud, manage chargebacks, verify transactions, and comply with payment network rules.

Please include your full name, email address, state of residence, the right you wish to exercise, and enough information for us to verify and process your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Verification may require matching the information you provide with information we already maintain.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof that you authorized the agent to act on your behalf and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
If we deny your request in whole or in part, residents of states that provide an appeal right may appeal by replying to our decision email and stating “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

9. Additional U.S. State Privacy Rights
