Domestic Warranty & Return Policy:

Limited One Year Warranty:

Kimes Ranch proudly stands behind our products and warrants that every product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This 12-month warranty, valid from date of purchase, excludes products purchased from Kimes Ranch Outlet, or damaged through misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair or failure to follow labeled care instructions, nor is it a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Kimes Ranch will not be able to process an exchange or refund due to sizing or fit, as these do not fall under our warranty policy. All warranty claims must provide a valid proof of purchase.

KIMES RANCH CANNOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES; ALL ITEMS WILL BE TREATED AS RETURNS. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST PROVIDE A VALID PROOF PURCHASE.

Items Purchased Through a Retailer:

Kimes Ranch cannot offer refunds for items purchased through a Retailer. If product is determined to have a manufacturing defect and purchased via an Authorized Retailer, the Retailer must be contacted first and is responsible for performing the exchange of a defected product(s).

If product is determined to have a manufacturing defect and purchased through kimesranch.com directly, please contact our customer service via our contact us portal with the below information.

Domestic Return Policy:

Return Deadline:

All product must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds can take up to 10 business days from receipt by Kimes Ranch depending on the processing times of your card provider. You will receive an email notification when your return has been accepted by Kimes Ranch.

Return Conditions:

All products must be returned in re-sellable condition. Product must be undamaged, unworn with labels and tags intact, in its original packaging. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered, or used product with evidence of strong odor, dirt, or animal hair. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount (up to the value of the retail price of returned item) where the value of the product is diminished from handling. Products are subject to final inspection by Kimes Ranch upon arrival.

To Process a Return:

1. Go to https://kimesranch.com/a/returns

2. Enter order number and the email address used to place the original order. Order number may be found at the top right of the packing slip included with your order or in your confirmation email.

3. Select your reason for returning the product.

4. Select how you would prefer your refund. Your refund amount will exclude the original postage and packaging charges.

5. Print your prepaid return shipping label.

6. Package your items in return packaging of your choice. Place the prepaid shipping label on exterior of package (ensure the old label is covered if using original packaging).

7. Drop package off at shipping location according to chosen carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS).

1. Please contact our Customer Service Team for a return form via our contact portal at https://kimesranch.com/pages/contact-us. This hardcopy form must be completed and enclosed with your return shipment.

2. Enclose the completed returns form with your items and ship to the following address:

3. Submit your items in return packaging of your choice. Place the prepaid shipping label on exterior of package (ensure the old label is covered if using original packaging).

4. Drop package off at shipping location according to your chosen carrier (National Post, FEDEX, UPS).

International return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We suggest using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance. Kimes Ranch will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
