We do our best to ship every order within 1-2 business days from when your order was placed. Orders that are placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping costs are calculated by third party carriers. They will vary depending on the delivery destination and weight of products at time of shipment.

All orders over $150 USD and shipping within the continental United States are eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping

We currently ship directly to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Italy, Germany, Sweden, France, Spain, and Switzerland.

Duties, taxes, and import fees are NOT included in your order total. You are responsible for any charges as determined by your country's customs authorities, which can range upwards of 25%.

If delivery is refused and returned to Kimes Ranch, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be reduced from your refund total.

Processing time for International orders can take up to an additional 3 business days. Please note that sales, holiday seasons, carrier delays, and other unexpected events may cause additional delays in delivery times.
