Kimes Photo Shoot Contest

This year we are adding a slight twist to our annual model search. With Covid-19 restrictions forcing us to come up with new and innovative ways to host our annual Spring/ Summer photo shoot we decided to relinquish creative control to 4 worthy Male + Female + Photographer teams. We are looking for teams consisting of 1 photographer, 1 male “Model” and 1 female “model” who can authentically capture the essence of Kimes Ranch through the portrayal of the western lifestyle.

GUIDELINES FOR TEAMS:

Teams can consist of any type or combination of team members, from your cute neighbor next door to western fashion influencers. If you are comfortable in front of a camera, have access to a photographer and have a worthy teammate that you can join forces with, get your application in!

Each team will need to submit photos showcasing:

• The style and ability of the photographer (max 5 photos)

• For both the female and the male “models” the following will need to be submitted for each “model”:

  -       1 Lifestyle Image

  -       1 Full Length Image

  -       1 Portrait

  -       1 Natural Unedited Photograph (Close enough to see his/her face.)

• A dream board of images showcasing the feel you would like for the Spring Kimes Ranch 2021 Shoot. Please indicate if these images are your own or not and if they are used to showcase specific details you will include in the shoot. (eg. Makeup, Location, Style, etc.)

(Unfortunately, our photo samples only come in one size so Females and Males must be a size medium or smaller to qualify.) Photos can be both posed and/or lifestyle images. **you do not have to be wearing Kimes gear in the photos to be selected.

When submitting your photos please submit a short write up on why you think your team is a fit to represent Kimes Ranch! Write up should include social media handles as well for all team members. Photos must be submitted by June 26, 2020.

Winners will be announced June 30th, 2020!!!

ONCE THE WINNERS ARE CHOSEN:

Size Medium photo samples will be shipped to each of the winning teams and detailed specifications for the shoot will be communicated. Teams will make their visions come to life creating their version of Kimes Ranch Jeans Spring 2021 collection. All photos and samples must be returned to Kimes Ranch by July 15th, 2020.

WINNING TEAMS WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING:

$1000 Cash!!!

$500 worth of Kimes Ranch Swag! This can include caps, jeans, tees, outerwear, bags, tees, stickers and whatever else we may come up with!

Features in many Kimes Ranch ads both in print and on social media.

Potential to be used on one of our many billboards!

Recognition in our Spring 2021 Catalog and Look Book

Team members tagged in all social media posts. (Grow your social media following!)

Recommendations for submissions:

• Photos should be high quality, High resolution images
• Show your best quality work and clear quality images of the two models
• Please submit images and write up in a well-organized Dropbox file
• Have fun with it!
