Comfy and Casual at the NFR

Comfy and Casual at the NFR

The words “comfy” and “casual” aren’t normally used in the same sentence with “National Finals Rodeo.” In December, those of us headed to Las Vegas will be pulling out all the stops to make sure we’re dressed to the nines (more on that later!), but in the days leading up to the Super Bowl of Rodeo, the new NFR gear is a game changer. It’s cute, comfortable, and paired with some Kimes jeans makes for the perfect fall look for a day at the rodeo or the pumpkin patch.

When I’m not at curled up with a law textbook in my Kimes Amigo Hoodie, the new Kimes Zorro Shirt is my staple piece for fall. It looks great tucked in, but my favorite way to wear it is thrown on over the Jolene jean and a t-shirt. This fun Vegas-themed t-shirt is actually a men’s – but I love the retro feel and pop of color to spice up my denim-on-denim look!

Retro is definitely in right now, and this faded women’s baseball tee looks great just with jeans or dressed up with my favorite Pendleton sweater for chilly fall days. Even when I’m going for a casual look, I finish off my outfit with a staple piece of jewelry like these Montana Silversmiths concho earrings.

You can dress up or dress down the “Ride Em Pullover” sweatshirt. It’s warm enough to wear by itself but lightweight enough to wear under this lady-like camo jacket from Nobody’s Girl Boutique

My fall style wouldn’t be complete without one of my signature Greeley Hat Works hats! I love the tone-on-tone greens and browns in this look that pull together the different pieces. The shooting shirt that I added over my camo NFR t-shirt is Tasha Polizzi for Orvis – truly Western fashion dressing up utility!

You can find all of the NFR gear featured in this blog and more cute souvenir clothing and items at NFRgear.com (you might even recognize one of the models!). Enjoy the next month of cute and comfy fall fashion and stay tuned for my upcoming blog on rodeo runway worthy outfits to help with your Vegas packing!
