Howdy Everyone! It's 3:18 PM on a Wednesday afternoon here in Montana. This week has been CRAZY to say the least. I'm in the process of moving, and trying to set everything up again at my new new place at the same time. I don't have WIFI set up at my new place yet, so I have to take trips to town at least once or twice a week to get WIFI and work on sponsorship obligations! This past week, and weekend in the rodeo industry has been great but it also had it's hard times. This past weekend in New Jersey the rodeo industry lost another great rodeo cowboy way too soon. 19 year old Coy Lutz life was taken away on May 28th at the Cowtown Rodeo in Woodstown Pilesgrove, New Jersey. Coy, was an upcoming bareback rider from Howard, PA and a member of the University of Tennessee-Martin rodeo team. Coy had bucked off and was stepped on several times by H3, the horse he was riding. Coy will be missed by his rodeo family all over the world, another rodeo cowboy gone too soon but breaking records high on that mountain with some of the greatest rodeo cowboys that have passed. Rest easy Coy, We will miss you dearly

Rodeo News:
This past weekend the PRCA honored the fallen soldiers past and present at the Danny Dietz Memorial Classic Fort Bend County Fairgrounds. The event was in it's 7th installment but this was the first time that PRCA sanctioned it. Not to mention, it was the first time that this PRCA event had it's first-ever bareback riding-only event in PRCA history. It was held in conjunction with a PRCA Bulls 2 Division event. Professional PRCA Bareback Rider from Australia, Anthony Thomas, won the bareback riding on Hell Freckles from Pickett Rodeo's for 87 points. Roscoe Jarboe, was the champion of the Xtreme bulls event with an 87 point ride on Rafter H Rodeo Livestock's Breaking Bad. Below, is a photo of Anthony Thomas's belt buckle that he won at the first ever PRCA Danny Dietz sanctioned event.
