That's a wrap on the 2014 PRCA Rodeo season!

The PRCA (Pro Rodeo Cowboys Association) just wrapped up their 2014 Rodeo Season! This past weekend was a make or break situation for a lot of Cowboys and Cowgirls. There were several rodeos this weekend that rodeo cowboys and cowgirls attended in Arizona, California, Texas and Omaha for the Justin Boots Champions Challenge Finale. Some Rodeo Cowboys and Cowgirls stayed at one event all weekend, and their were some rodeo cowboys and cowgirls that entered up multiple rodeos in different states. For example, PRCA Team Roper Derrick Begay entered up in Omaha and the PRCA rodeo in Kingman, AZ. Derrick, ended up sealing the win in Arizona with his partner Jordan Olson with a time of 5.9 Seconds! But, Derrick ended up roping in Omaha with his old team roping partner Cesar De La Crus and came in third with a time of 4.1 seconds. As you can see, when you're trying to make the PRCA finals in Las Vegas come December you will do whatever it takes to make it happen!

Steer Wrestling -  Nick Guy, 4.1 seconds
Team Roping - (TIE) Trevor Brazile/Travis Graves and Tom Richards/Allen Bach, 3.9 seconds
Saddle Bronc Riding - Jesse Wright, 86.5 points on J Bar J's Sweatin' Bullets
Tie-Down Roping - Ryan Jarrett, 6.5 seconds
Barrel Racing -  Mary Walker, 14.36 seconds
Bull Riding - Trey Benton III, 89.5 points on Rafter H Rodeo Livestock's Cherry Bomb
 
 
Above, I have posted who won the Justin Boots Champions Challenge in Omaha! The reason, I had posted who won that PRCA event was because that was a HIGH paying event that could help push rodeo cowboys and cowgirls in the standings higher. The event in Omaha Payed out over $155,200!! Another big PRCA Rodeo this weekend was in Stephenville, Texas and they payed out over 118,277! Check out the list of Stephenville, Texas winners below:

Congratulations to everyone that won their events at the rodeos they entered up in this weekend! Also, a BIG HUGE CONGRATS to everyone that sealed the deal into making it into the 2014 National Finals Rodeo!
